As part of our ongoing efforts to modernize our operations and enhance efficiency, Little B's Construction is excited to announce the transition to a digital timekeeping system. This initiative aims to replace our current paper-based process with a more streamlined and accessible digital format. The transition will unfold in three phases, with Phase 1 focusing on digital timecard submissions.
Phase 1: Digital Timecard Submission (Weeks 1-6)
Effective immediately, all field personnel are required to submit their weekly timecards digitally through our website's Employee Portal. This initial phase will last six weeks and is designed to familiarize everyone with the new system and iron out any issues before we fully adopt daily tickets.
Step-by-Step Guide to Digital Timecard Submission
Complete your standard paper weekly timecard as usual.
At the end of each work week, visit our website at Little B's Construction Timecards and click on the "Digital Weekly Timecard" link.
Enter your full first and last name, then click "Continue".
Grant consent for digital signature and possible location access (if using a mobile device).
Select your name from the dropdown list in the upper left-hand corner of the form.
Enter your total hours for Monday to Sunday. If you had no time, enter 0.
Click the paper clip icon next to the "UPLOAD" button and select either:
Take a photo of your timesheet using your camera.
Select a photo from your phone.
Click "Done", then click "Finish". You may download a copy of your submission if desired.
Feedback Requested
We highly value your input and would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions on the digital timekeeping process during Phase 1. Your feedback will be instrumental in refining the system and making improvements for future phases.
